fix bug: 原始代码中的匿名类构造函数要求两个参数 $tableName 和 $dbId，但当 Base.php 的 getModel() 方法第17行执行 new $self 时，是以无参方式调用的。这违反了 Yii2 的标准构造函数约定，导致错误。
